【Abstract】 The sodium dodecyl sulfonate-polyacry lamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE)and Western blotting wete employed to investigate the serous circulated immunecomplex(CIC) in 28 patients with dengue fever(DF).Three bands of 20ku,46ku and 57kuwere detected in the gels of SDS-PAGE.The existence of specific dengue antigens,IgG,IgA,IgM and C3 in CIC was demonstrated by immunologic recognition.更多还原
