【Abstract】 By comparing with the routine antegrade cardioplegia, we observed the protective effectiveness of cold retrograde right atrium cardioplegia on the right heart after 1-hour aortic clamping, in the presence of coronary artery obstruction. The results showed an excellent protective effects of the retrograde right atrium cardioplegia on the right heart. The retrograde right atrium cardioplegia was superior to the antegrade one in hypothermia, functional recovery and ultrastructure protection of the right heart.更多还原
