【摘要】 工厂企业是国家电力的主要用户。目前,我国各设计部门普遍采用的工厂电力负荷计算方法称为需要(用)系数法,根据作者多年调研结果证明,采用该方法得出的工厂计算负荷一般偏大,因此,不仅造成企业初投资过大,同时也造成国家电力建设规模过大,给国民经济带来较大危害,作者认为负荷计算急待改进,并提出相应改进意见。更多还原
