【Abstract】 In this paper a new method, three-point method, for solving the laser beam drift in its directions is presented. This method can be used to obtain a stable laser beam in space and time. The experimental result in which applies the error compensation method for laser beam unstability turns out that the uncertainty of the alignment measurement may be reduced by about one order of magnitude.更多还原
