【Abstract】 An automatical data acquisition and processing system of settling tube for rapid size analysis of sand can be constructed from plexiglass tubing, a spring electronic-balance,and a microcomputer AST286 with a HY6060 data acquisition unit. The construction design of the spring electronic-balance and its functions are given. Two software packages: measurement & data process program and test program for the functions of the electronic-balance and hardware of HY6060, are discussed in detail. Reproducibility of the accumulation rates averages to 1.0 percent for several samples. This compares with the 5% for electronic-balance apparatus reported from Shengli oil field company research subject.更多还原
