【Abstract】 This paper shows that compared with stable drying, unstable drying kinetics experiments can get more optimum heat and mass transfer, and makes more thorough probe into the basic regularities of rising-rate, constant-rate and falling-rate phases. The drying kinetics equation given out by this paper lays a foundation for the unstable drying theory.更多还原
