【Abstract】 The distribution in mouse of praziquantel and it’s liposome has been studied by the auth-ors using RP-HPLC. Drug concentration in organs can thus be determined by using externalstandard with a recovery range of 96. 46～103. 13% and a coefficient of variation<2. 95×10^-2.The results indicated that the livers and spleens level of the liposome are higher than thoseof the praziquantel, and that the t_1/2 of the former is prolonged.更多还原
