【Abstract】 An on-line analytical SFE and capillary GC system for the investigation of the composi-tion of Evodia rutaecarpa, a kind of chinese herbal medicine, has been established. A simple,easy, and low cost on-line interface has been developed in this work. Two direct couplingmodes of SFE-GC, stainless steel restrictor or designed, interface, were used. and more compos-ition with lower molecular weight were obtained when using the SFE-GC interface.更多还原
