对金属切削中温升的探究
Study on Temperature Rise in Metal Cutting Processing
【摘要】 从摩擦学入手,运用位错理论及粘着理论,对金属切削过程中的三个变形带和两种摩擦状态进行了全面分析,并提出了犁削项的存在,且参与了力系的合成。同时,由于法向载荷的变化.对摩擦系数产生的不同影响,进而引起加工质量和动力消耗的变异。文中详尽阐述了金属在切削过程中产生的剪切热量及摩擦热量,其分布状况、数量比例、散逸途径,并从中导出了计算热量、温升的理论公式,提出了发热指数的概念及计算方法。最后,通过具体算例,验证了金属切削加工过程中的热量、温升等的理论计算问题。
【Abstract】 Appling the dislocation theory and adherence theory from the tribology viewpoint,the authors of this parper make a comprehensive analysis of three deformation bands and two kinds of friction states in the metal cutting processing.The authors advance the existance of plough cutting item and verify that the plough cutting item participates in the force compo- sition,In the meantime,because the change of normal force makes different effects on fric- tion coefficient and then causes a variation of cutting quality and power consumption.The authors expound in detail the forming,distributing.quantity proportion and dissipating ways of the shear heat and friction heat generated from the processed metal during the cutting processing,and from these factors they derive a theory formula of calculating the heat and temperature rise.They also propose a concept of heating exponent and its calculating method.Lastly,the authors use a specific calculation example to verify the theory method of calculating the heat and temperature rise in the metal cutting processing.
