Fe77.3Cu0.7Nb1.3Si13.5B7.2合金磁性的研究

【摘要】 研究了非晶 Fe77.3Cu0.7Nb1.3Si13.5B7.2合金在400~600℃的温度范围内退火后磁性的变化。磁性测量结果表明,获得高磁导率的最佳退火温度约540℃左右;经 X 射线衍射分析证实:在该温度下退火,非晶态合金已经晶化并形成体心立方结构的α—FeSi 固溶体,其晶粒直径约10~15nm。这种超细晶粒的纳米晶是高磁导率的根源。
【Abstract】 The changes of magnetic properties for amorphous Fe77.3Cu0.7Nb1.3Si13.5B7.2alloy were investigated after annealing at 400~600℃.The results of magnetic measurement showed that the optimum annealing temperature for high permeability is about 540℃.By X —ray diffraction analysis,it was confirmed that the amorphous alloy annealed at this tem- perature had crystallized and formed a body—centered cubic α—FeSi Solid Solution with grain sizes of D≈10~15nm.The ultrafine nanocrystalline grain is the primary origin of high permeability for this alloy.
