【摘要】 测定120例脑血栓患者和132例健康人体外血栓各值,并结合病情轻重及蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗进行分析.结果:患者组体外血栓各值均高于健康人(P<0.001);病情不同,其体外血栓各值间有显著差异(P<0.002—0.001);治疗后体外血栓各位明显下降(P<0.001).表明体外血栓结果对脑血栓患者病情判定及疗效观察均有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The formation of extrinsic blood thrombosis in 120 cascs of cerebral thrombosis and 132 healthy persons was observed with chandler mcthod and clinical manifestations. The 120 patients included male 71 and female 49,of which 53 belong to mild type,40 me- dium and 27 and female 49,of which 53 bclong to mild type,40 medium and 27 severe, Snake venom antithrombotic enzyme(SVATE)was abopted to give 73 cases systemic trcatmcnt.Results showed that the Iength,wet weight and dry weight of extrinsic blood thrombosis than those in healthy persons(P<0.00,1),and there were significant differ- ences degrees of the discase(P<0.002～0.001).After systemic treatment with SVATE, the values of extrinsic blood thrombosis decreased remarkably(P<0.001),and their symp- toms and signs improved remarkably(P<0.001),and their symptoms,and signs improved significantly.The clinical total effective rate was 94.50%,and the decreasing rate of values of extrinsic thrombosis may as an approach rdflccting severity of the discase and evalu- ating thc effects of treatment.更多还原
