【摘要】 本文报道应用Billings自然避孕法时观察宫颈粘液和阴道细胞学的关系。67名妇女70周期提供了1587张阴道涂片,每例阴道涂片均显示乳酸杆菌及排卵型图象。KP1峰日在粘液峰日前后两天范围内的共有62周期,占88.6%,KP1峰日在粘液峰日后为0.01天。KP1峰日前共有粘液日为4.69天。10名妇女提供血和尿标本作血清LH 放射免疫及尿LH酶标测定。KPⅠ峰日在LH 峰日后为0.5天,粘液峰日在LH 峰日后为0.4天。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study reports on the correlation of vaginal hormonal cytograms with cervical mucussymptoms as charted by women using Billings ovulation method of natural family planning.DailyVaginal smears obtained from 67 women during 70 meustrual cycles provided the basis of the study.There were 1587 Vaginal smears.All vaginal smears examined cytologically had a microbiologicdiaguosis of lactobacilli.All the vaginal hormonal cytograms revealed ovulatory type patterns.Karyopyknotic index(KPI)peak correlated with peak mucus day±2days in 62,or 88.6%,of thecases,with a mean of peak mucus at 0.01 days.The average number of mucus days prior to theKPI peak was 4.69.Ten women also provided daily blood and urine specimeus for Bioassay ofluteinizing hormone(LH).KPI peak with a mean of 0.5 days after the LH peak.Mucus peak witha mean of 0.4days after the LH peak.更多还原
