【摘要】 本文对10只孕7天（胚泡着床后2天）大鼠宫腔内一次性注入醋酸棉酚完全抗早孕后再次生育的子代,及8只孕鼠宫腔内一次注入醋酸棉酚部分抗早孕后产出的子代（F₁）,及由此子代繁殖的孙代鼠（F₂）,进行骨髓细胞染色体畸变率及胎肝血细胞微核率检测。结果表明,用醋酸棉酚抗早孕后再生育的F₁及用药后部分抗孕产出的F₁及F₂,与对照组相比,均无显著差异（P>0.05）。表明醋酸棉酚作为宫内一次性抗生育药物作用后对后代是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article deals with the rate of chromosomal abnormalities of med-ullary cells and rate of micronucleus of lymphocytes in liver of the fetusof experimental rats.The experiment was carried out on the first filialgeneration of again reproduction after injection of gossypol acetic acidinto the uterus on full termination of early pregnancy at the 7th day of10 pregnant rats.The first and second filial generation of again reproduc-tion after injection of gossypol acetic acid into uterus on part of termina-tion of early pregnancy in 8 rats were also be studied.The results showed that no significant differences were found in therate of chromosomal abnormalities and micronuclei rate of lymphocytesbetween rats of the first filial generation of again reproduction after trea-ting with gossypol on full termination of early pregnancy or first and se-cond filial generations after treating with gossypol on part termination ofearly pregnancy and the control rats(P>0.05).It indicates that use of gossypol acetic acid of single injection intothe uterus as antifertility agent is safe to offsprings of the treated rats.更多还原
