高效液相色谱分离定量麦迪霉素A1
HIGH PERFOMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHIC ASSAY FOR MIBECAMYCIN A1
【摘要】 本文采用反相高效液相色谱法,择用国产液相色谱填料,甲醇、磷酸盐缓冲液为流动相,分离定量麦迪霉素A1,同时详尽地进行了色谱可变因素对色谱行为影响的探讨,从而获得较佳地分离色谱条件及满意地定量结果。
【Abstract】 In this study an RP-HPLC method has been developed for the quantitative determination of Midecamycin A1, the column being homemade and the mobile phaes consisting of methanol and phosphate. Factors affecting the separation are investigated in detail and optimum chromatography parameters for determination obtained.
