【Abstract】 This article introduces a system of reverse Flow Injection Analysis which has been found successful in detecting cysteine by UV-spectrophotometry, when it’s in a reaction with P-chlormercuribenzoic in a basic solution. The proportion range is 20—100 ug/ml at 250 nm.This method is quick and simple and offers good selection. It is fit for mass samples.更多还原
