管壳式换热器外导流筒的应力计算

【摘要】 外导流换热器的壳体是一种带有无折边变径段的圆筒形容器,并在其导流筒内焊有内筒。本文介绍了这种换热器外导流筒的应力测定结果,并在文献[1]应力计算式的基础上,提出了导流筒的应力计算式,其计算值与实测值相符合。

【Abstract】 The external shell of the external guiding flow shell-and- tube heat exchanger is a cylindrical vessel containing unflanged reducer, in which the internal cylinder is welded blow external guiding flow cylinder. In this paper, the stress measured results of the external guiding flow cylinder are introduced, the stress equations are given on the basis of the stress equations of the reference [1]. The results show that the calculation Values are correspond to the measured values.
