柞蚕脑中央神经分泌细胞的超微结构

【摘要】 对蛹化后第1天的春柞蚕脑中央神经分泌细胞进行电镜观察,发现柞蚕脑中央神经分泌细胞略呈椭圆形,单极,胞核大,无分支,核内散布着多数染色质小块和少数核仁,细胞质内有由膜包被的多量椭圆形或圆形神经分泌颗粒,轴突基部尤为密集,轴突内亦有分布;此外尚有线粒体和较多的糙面内质网。以上形态特征说明春柞蚕脑中央神经分泌细胞在蛹化后第1天正进行着PTTH的转运和释放,从而导致蛹的继续发育(非滞育)。

【Abstract】 The median neurosecretory cells (NSCs) of the first day pupal brain of the Spring oak silkworm(Antheraea pernyi)were inves- tigated by means of electronic microscope observation. The result showed that these NSCs were oval in shape and monopolar,with nucleus unbranched in which a number of chromatin and a few nucleoli could be found. A characteristic feature of these median NSCs was the presence of many membrane--bound neurosecretory granules in the cytoplasm, clustering near the base of the axon; the granules could also be found within the axon. In addition, a plenty of rough endoplasmic reticulum was observed. The ultrastructural features indicated that the PTTH was being transported and released from the median NSCs, leading to the further development of the spring pupa.
