热电复合场中除尘和换热特性初探

【摘要】 分析了静电热管式除尘兼换热装置的原理及特点.通过实验证明了热交换器中的温度梯度对除尘的促进作用和高压静电场对热交换的强化作用,并在理论分析的基础上得出了热电复合场中除尘效率计算式和对流换热无因次关系式.

【Abstract】 This paper analyses the principle and feature of the new electrostatic dust collection and heat exchange equipment with heat pipe.By means of tests,the promotion effect of temperature gradient to dust and the intensifing effect of the high tension electro- static field to the heat exchanging were proved.Based on theoretical analysis,the formula calculating dust efficiency in heat—electric compound field and nondimen- sional relalionship of convection transferring were obtained.
