深孔件常温镀铁槽外循环的流速因素分析
Flow velocity of plating fluid by out-of-bath iron plating for thin wall tubing.
【摘要】 介绍了采用常温镀铁工艺对大长径比(L/D=65)薄壁深孔件进行槽外流镀的试验研究,指出镀液流速是控制镀液浓差极化、维持温度稳定、提高沉积效果从而获得良好镀铁层的关键因素。理论分析和现场实验表明,镀液流速以选择在紊流区雷诺数较小的范围内为宜。
【Abstract】 An experimental investigation is conducted in the out of-bath iron plating for thin wall tubing with high L/D ratio under normal temperature. It shows that the velocity of plating fluid flow is the key to the control of the density and temperature of plating fluid,and thereby the optimum deposition effect,and that it is appropriate to select the flow velocity within the limits of turbulent flow of lower reynolds number.
