SRT-Ⅲ型裂解炉中石脑油裂解的工艺数学模型——Ⅰ.清洁管模型与计算
The Mathematical Model for Naphtha Pyrolysis in SRT-Ⅲ Cracking Furnace Ⅰ.The Modelling and Calculation of Clean Tube
【摘要】 本文针对SRT-Ⅲ型裂解炉内石脑油的裂解过程,利用分子反应模型,炉膛采用罗伯-依万斯简单分区法建立了过程的工艺数学模型。基于该模型,系统地研究了清洁管操作时管内气体温度分布、管壁温度分布和主要产物的收率分布,模型化研究结果与实际生产数据相吻合。
【Abstract】 A mathematical model based on Lobo-Evans simple zone method for naphtha pyrolysis in the SRT-Ⅲ type ethylene cracking furnace was established by using a set of molecular reactions. According to this model, the profiles of oil gas temperature, tube skin temperature and main product yields under clean tube condition have been studied. Good agreement was found between the calculated results and the working plant practice.
