【摘要】 开发了1,2-二氯丙烷和1,3-二氯丙烯混合物(简称D. D. 混剂)氯化新工艺,以齐鲁石化公司的粗D. D. 混剂为原料,经过氯化、分离,制成了四氯丙烷、二氯丙烷两种主产品和3种少量副产物。由于采用了新催化剂WD-07和一系列革新措施,抑制了聚合反应,有效地控制了取代反应,降低了耗氯量,省去了氯化后处理,成本明显下降。中试后,在山东建成一年处理1100吨粗D.D混剂装置。

【Abstract】 A new process for the chlorination of crude D.D. mixture produced by Qilu Petrochemical Co. has been developed. Two main products—dichloropropane and tetrachloropropane with a small amount of three other by-products can thus be produced economically.Owing to the application of a new catalyst WD-07 and a series of technical innovation,the side reaction of dichloropropene polymerization is inhibited and the substitution reaction of dichloropropane is restricted effectively. The chlorine consumption is reduced, and various after-treatments are omitted.Based on pilot plant results, a factory with a capacity of treating 1100 tons crude D.D. mixture a year has been built in Shandong province.
