升温型吸收式热泵工质对的热力学研究
Study on Working Pairs for Absorption Heat Transformers
【摘要】 针对升温型吸收式热泵(AHT),通过建立一系列物性准则以及对单、双级AHT系统的热力学分析与模拟,对大量工质进行了基本物性分析与热泵性能指标评价两方面的系统评选。借助于UNIFAC法,探讨了可用于中、高温AHT的较好有机工质对。结果表明,水-丙三醇及甲醇-丙三醇优于其它有机工质对,具有良好的升温效果,并且无结晶,无腐蚀,可以工作于目前商品化的水-溴化理工质对不能工作的高温场合。
【Abstract】 Based on a set of semi-quantitative criteria for the desired properties of the working pairs, and thermodynamic analysis and theoretical simulation of one-stage and two-stage AHT cycles, a systematic evaluation of suitable organic working pairs for absorption heat transformers(AHT) has been conducted. As a consequence of comparison after evaluation, water-glycerol and methanol -glycerol were found to be superior to other organic binary mixtures. Because of the absence of corrosion and crystallization, these two working pairs can be ap- plied in the temperature range which is not suitable for the frequently used water- Lithium bromide pair.
