【Abstract】 Plasma arc powder surfacing PHCu-150 alloy on carbon steel grade 25 is used for the valve seal. This has lesser friction factor, decreases in the moment to turn on or off the valve and in driving motor power, as a result, save raw materials and sources of energy.
