【摘要】 本文报告了在X线、B超引导下对58例病人进行的选择性血管造影和药物灌注及栓塞术的临床应用,共进行了85次插管。58例患者包括30例肺癌及13例肝癌,其中5例肝癌病例进行了肝动脉与门静脉的双介入治疗。结合文献报导,讨论了肺癌行支气管动脉造影及化疗的评价,肝动脉灌注和栓塞及肝动脉与门静脉双介入治疗的价值及并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 58 cases (85 times) included 30 cases of pulmonary and 13 cases of hepatic eancer were treatd by infusion-chemotherapy and chemoemboliztion under X-ray and B-mode ultrasound guidance. Of them, 5 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma were treated with double routes through both hepatic artey and portal vein. Two of the 5 cases had survived for more than 13-months. The therapeutic value, complications of interventional therapy inpatients with lung and liver cancer are discussed respectively.更多还原
