【摘要】 本文报告经手术病理证实的400例胆囊病变均作了BUS和OCG或IVC,其中OCG显影组216例BUS诊断符合率(91.7％),高于X线(89.8％)。不显影组184例BUS诊断符合率94.0％,X线则全部诊断病理胆囊。显影不良和不显影是反映胆囊病理损害严重程度的指征,也是手术的重要依据。BUS和X线造影各有所长,可互相补充。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported 400 cases of gallbladder disease, All investigated by BUS, OCG and IVC, and documented by operation and pathology. Among them, 216 cases were opacified and 184 cases were nonopacified on OCG. In opacified group, the accuracy rate of BUS was (91.7％) higher than that (89.8％) of OCG. In nonopacified group, the diagnostic accuracy of OCG and BUS were 94％ and 100％. The ill—opacification and nonopacification of gallbladder shown on OCG were the sign of pathologic changes of gallbladder, and they were also the important indication for operation. BUS and radiography are of their own special benefits, and should be complementary by each other.更多还原
