水平井段岩屑床厚度模式的建立
THE MODEL OF CUTTINGS BED THICKNESS IN HORIZONTAL WELL SECTION
【摘要】 基于环空固液两相流水动力学理论建立了水平井段岩屑床厚度的理论计算模式.采用正交实验设计来安排实验.在大量实验基础上.分析了环空流体返速、钻具旋转速度、钻具与井眼间偏心度、岩屑注入速度、泥浆密度、泥浆流变性及岩屑尺寸等因素及其交互作用对无因次岩屑床厚度的影响.运用多元统计分析的方法建立了综合上述因素的岩屑床厚度经验模式.并对两个模式进行了验证.结果表明。两模式都可用于预测水平井段岩屑床厚度.使用经验模式求解了环空不淤积临界返速.
【Abstract】 The paper presents the theoretical model of cuttings bed thickness on the basis of annular solid-liquid two phase flow hydrodynamics. Orthogonal experiment is used. By analyzing the effect of annular velocity, drillpipe rotation speed, drillpipe eccentricity, mud rheological properties and density, cuttings size and their interaction on the formation of cuttings bed, an empirical model of bed thickness is developed by use of multi-variate statistics. The test results show that both models can be used to calculate cuttings bed thickness in the horizontal section. The annular critical velocity can be obtained by using the empirical model.
