【摘要】 山西省阳城县1974年～1991年5岁以下儿童死亡率属中等偏高水平,大多数年代在30％～50‰之间,与我国一般农村地区水平(48.7‰)接近。死因随年龄增长及年代推移而变化。但第1位死因都是肺炎。目前0～岁组主要死因除肺炎外,还有先天异常、出生窒息和早产、低出生体重;年龄稍长后,除肺炎外,还有先天异常、意外、痢疾、溺水等。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1974 to 1991 the mortality rate in children under 5 years in Yangcheng county ranged from 30 to 50 per cent in most of years, which was roughly close to that in the rural areas in China (48.7％). The causes of death changed with their growth, but pneumonia was principal. The leading causes of death in the 0-year group werecongential malformation, premature, low birth weight and birth asphyxia. As the children grew, congential malformation, accidental death and dysentery became main causes for them.更多还原
