Ni-Ce-P非晶态合金晶化前后的结构及苯乙烯液相加氢活性
STRUCTURE AND HYDROGENATION ACTIVITY OF AMORPHOUS AND CRYSTALLIZED Ni-Ce-P ALLOY
【摘要】 本文用DSC、XRD 和SEM 方法初步研究了Ni-Ce-P 非晶态合金晶化过程中结构的变化。结果表明:Ni-Ce-P 非晶态合金晶化过程中,首先产生少量Ni 微晶,加热到550℃后,非晶态结构完全被破坏,并产生Ni 和Ni3P 晶相。Ni-Ce-P 非晶态合金的苯乙烯液相加氢活性测试结果表明,Ni-Ce-P 非晶态合金晶化后,加氢活性显著下降。氢吸附研究表面Ni 原子数的结果证实,这是由于晶化后表面Ni 原子数目减少。
【Abstract】 The structural changes of amorphous Ni-Ce-P alloy during crystallization processwere studied by means of XRD,DSC and SEM.The results indicated that a smallamount of Ni crystals was formed in the begining of crystallization.When heated to550℃,the amorphous structure of Ni-Ce-P disappeared completely,while crystallized Niand Ni3P were formed.Liquid phase hydrogenation of styrene on amorphous and crystal-lized Ni-Ce-P alloys conducted with a autoclave showed that,after crystallization,thecatalytic activity of Ni-Ce-P alloy decreased.Hydrogen adsorption on the surface of Ni-Ce-P measured before and after crystallization showed that the number of Ni atoms onthe surface decreased after crystallization,which was responsible for the decrease of hy-drogenation activity of amorphous Ni-Ce-P alloy.
