合成四苯基卟啉反应机理
THE MECHANISM OF SYNTHETIC MESOTETRAPHENYLPORPHYRIN
【摘要】 吡咯、苯甲醛在酸催化下生成环状中间体,不可逆的转化生成TPPH2与TPC;在硝基苯存在下TPC被氧化成TPPH2。
【Abstract】 Pyrrole and Benzaldehyde react with acid catalysis to form the cyclic intermediate 3 （Tetraphenylporphyrinogen）. 3 is converted irreversibly to the TPPH2 and TPC. In the prcsence of Nitrobenzene, the TPC is then converted to the TPPH2.
