【Abstract】 Specific antibody responses in the serum and yolk of hens immunized with recombinant HBeAg, HCV core antigen and human GM-CSF antigen were observed. The result showed that all the three antigens could induce specific antibodies in immunized hens, and significamt quantity of active an- tibodies could be detected in yolk of eggs laid by the hens. It indicated that antibodies derived from hens opened up prospects for development and application of biologieals.更多还原
