【Abstract】 White mouse oocytes were stored at 6℃ for 2 hours and 6 hours, and then tested their ability of fertilization in vitro. None of the stored oocytes was fertilized after 75 minutes of sperm-egg interaction. The rates of in vitro fertilization, however, were 62.0, 36.55, and 76.0% of 2 hour-stored, 6 hour-stored and the control oocytes, respectively after 150 minutes of sperm-egg interaction.更多还原
