【Abstract】 Calcineurin, and Calmodulin were purified by a useful method. Crude extract of bovine brain was separated into two different parts by DE-52 cellulose chromatography: 0.18mol/L KCl buffer elution and 0.5mol/L NaCl buffer elution. Pure calmodulin was obtained by phenyl-sepharose-from 0.5mol/L Nacl buffer elation. Calmodulin-sepharose 4B affinity chromatography was prepared for calcineurin purification.20-30 mg pure calcineurin was obtained by Affi gel Blue chromatography, （NH₄）₂SO₄ percipitation,calmodulin-sepharose affinity chromatography,sephadex G-200 chromatography from 1kg bovine brain 0.18 mol/L KCl buffer elution.更多还原
