河口区中国对虾幼虾中间培育池水化学状况
HYDROCHEMISTRY IN ESTUARYPOND FOR MIDDLE CULTURE OF PENAEUS CHINENSIS JUVENILE
【摘要】 本文报道了杭州湾畔中国对虾幼虾中间培育池的水化学状况。1993年4~5月全培育期内池水有效氮(Nt)含量丰富,Nt平均为1.47mg/l,其中氨氮占59%,亚硝酸氮占1%,硝酸氮占40%。有效磷基本未检出。化学耗氧量(CODMn)11.9mg/l,可溶性有机物耗氧量占86%以上。pH为9.15。溶解氧收大于支,水呼吸耗氧平均约占虾池总耗氧量61%,底质耗氧约占31%,虾呼吸耗氧约占8%。幼虾瞬时耗氧速率与溶氧量、体长和体重间存有良好相关性。据观测结果与多年生产状况,认为河口沿岸幼虾中间培育池放苗密度在225万尾/公顷内,采取在放黄时约27cm水位基础上,每隔2~3天添加10~15cm水量,最终水位达1.00m的管理方式较为合理。
【Abstract】 Hydrochemistry in the estuary pond for middle culture of Penaeuschinensis juvenile was studied from April to May in 1993. The results are summarizedas follows: 1. Contents of effective nitrogen (Nt) in the pond water were rich. Nt contentreached 1.47 mg/l in average, in which NH3-Nt amounting to 59%; NO2-N 1%:NO3-N40%, but phosphorus content was hardly detected. The chemical oxygen consumption(CODMn) was 11.9 mg/1, in which CODMn of soluble organic matter amounting to 86%.The pH was 9.16. 2. The quantity of oxygen dissolved in the pond water was more than that con-sumed. The content of totally consumed oxygen in the pond water averaged 1.78g/m2.d, in which "water breathing" accounted for 61% of the total oxygen consumptionin the pond, the juvenile breathing 8%; the bottom mud 31%. 3. There was a well correlation between the instantaneous rate of juvenile oxygenconsumption and the dissolved oxygen, body length and weight. 4. Based on the above hydrochemical determinations as well as the juvenile pro-duction for the past five years, the stocking density of 2.25×106 postlarvae per hectarein 27cm water depth and adding 10-15cm water to the pond every 3-4 days for manage-ment were more reasonble.
