根据双载气串联毛细管气相色谱系统压力操作参数进行定性分析

【摘要】 在HP-5890型气相色谱仪改装成单炉双载气串联毛细管气相色谱系统上,根据操作参数P1、Pa和po求算死时间、相对滞留因子和系统容量因子,建立k′s-φ回归方程,进行定性分析。对酯类、酮类及醇类不同类型化合物定性分析结果与单柱实测值进行比较,在OV-1和PEG-20M柱上最大误差分别是2和5个Kovats指数单位。

【Abstract】 A serially connected binary gas chromatographic capillary column system has been established based upon a Model HP-5890 Gas Chromatograph. Dead time,relative retentivity and the capacity factor of a solute in the binary-column system were calculated from the operating parameters as Pi,Pa and Pu using several model substances. A regression equation (ks - ψ2 ) was derived based on relative retentivity and the capacity factor of a solute in the binary-column system and is used for retention calculation. The results obtained for the model compounds were compared with the measured values in the individual column. The maximum errors on OV-1 (bonded)and on PEG-20M (bonded) were 2 and 5 index units, respectively.
