【摘要】 本文就绿豆保健饮料的生产工艺要点作了逐一探讨,选择适宜的工艺条件;并对影响该保健饮料的稳定性、风味、色泽等的关键性问题作了深入研究,对绿豆系列饮料的开发具有参考价值。

【Abstract】 The author probed into the processing points of the phaseolus aureus drink,determined the suitable operating conditions and thoroughly resear-ched on the key problems affecting the stabitity,flavour,colour etc.
