玉米品种抗旱性筛选鉴定指标研究

【摘要】 鉴定玉米品种抗旱性,苗期可应用根冠细胞淀粉水解法;孕穗期用水分胁迫法。主要筛选指标有:①植株恢复生长能力,抗旱性强品种需时短(杂交种、农家种需122~126min,自交系<120min),抗旱性差的品种需时长(≥140min);②复水后第2天游离脯氨酸含量比值(处理/对照),抗旱性强品种比值小(0.85~1.52),抗旱性差的品种比值大(>1.52),③单株干重及籽粒产量抗旱系数(处理/对照),农家品种的籽粒产量抗旱系敷界限值为0.6,比值越大其抗旱性越强;自交系为0.5。单株干重的界限值略高于籽粒产量,杂交种、农家种为0.8,自交系为0.6.

【Abstract】 Cells on root cap using starch hydrolysis method at seedling stage and water stress method at "ear preg- nant" stage were adopted in order to identify the drought resistant variety of corn in this experiment. The indexes for screening drought resistance in corn varieties were as follows. 1. The capacity of recovering growth of corn plant after water recovering supply; the varieties with strong drought resistance required a shorter time for recovering growth (hybrids and traditional varieties were 122~126 minutes and self-cross lines<120 min) while varieties with weak drought resistance required longer time (≥ 140 min). 2. The ratio of free proline content between treatment and control on the 2nd day after water recovering supply; this ratio in varieties with strong drought resistance was smaller (0. 85~1. 52) while in varieties with weak drought resistance was bigger (>1.52). 3. The coefficient of drought resistance of dry weight per plant and grain yield between treatment and control; the critical value of this coofficient of grain yield in traditional variety was 0. 6 and the bigger the coefficient, the stronger the drought resistance, and in self- cross lines, it was 0. 5. As for the dry weight per plant, its critical value was slightly more than that of grain yield (hybrids and traditional varieties were 0. 8, self-cross lines were 0. 6).
