石膏对道路水泥性能的影响
Influence of Gypsum on Properties of Road Cement
【摘要】 本文讨论了不同类型的石膏对道路水泥强度、凝结时间、干缩率和耐磨性等性能的影响。试验结果表明,石膏种类及其掺量对道路水泥各项性能有一定的影响,但与硅酸盐水泥相比,其凝结时间对外掺石膏量有一较宽的适应范围。二水石膏和硬石膏合掺能改善道路水泥的各项性能,一定范围内,随石膏掺量的增加,道路水泥干缩率变小,耐磨性增强。
【Abstract】 The effect of the type and the amount of doped gypsum on the various characteris- ties of road cement is discussed in this paper. The characteristics of road cement bear a relation to the type and the amount of added gypsum, but its setting time has a wider adapting range to the amount of doped gypsum compared with that of portland cement. The doped gypsum compared with that of portland cement. The strength, shrinkage on drying and the resistance to wearing of road cement can be improved by using a mixture of CaSO4·2H2O and equivalent amount of anhydrite as retarder. Within a suitable range, the shrinkage on drying of cement mortar is de- creased and its resistance is wearing increased with the increase of the amount of doped gypsum.
