FPBC对猪血清及组织LDH同工酶影响的现场研究
EFFEECT OF FPBC ON ISOENZYMES OF LDH FROM SERA AND TISSUES IN PIG IN SITE EXPERIMBNT FOR FLUOROSIS
【摘要】 燃煤染氟8个月时,E组猪血清及组织样品经凝胶电泳,发现与C组相比:(1)E组血清LDH1、LDH2下降,伴LDH5升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05);(2)心肌以LDH2极显著升高(P<0.0l)、LDH1/LDH;比值显著降低(P<0.05)为其特征,(3)肾组织LDH6下降而LDH1代偿性升高(P<0.05);(4)骨骼肌LDH2、3、5不同程度升高,使其TLDH显著升高(P<0 05)。综上表明受氟影响较早,且较敏感的器官组织是骨骼肌和心肌,其次是排氟器官肾脏,建议血清LDH同工酶酶谱可以作为研究人及动物氟中毒时的早期敏感指标。
【Abstract】 Abstract After treated with the fluoride pollution from burning coal (FPBC), the isoenzymes of LDH from sera and some tissues as well as organs in pig were simultaneously analysed by the Disc electriophoresis of poly acrylamide gel. The results were as follows: Compared with controlling group C, 1. it's significant that LDH1 and LDH2 of sera in group E were decreased with increasing LDH5 (P <0. 05); 2. the characteristic of isoenzymes of LDH in heart muscle was that LDH2 was increased very significantly (P<0. 01) and the ratio of LDH1 /LDH2 was significantly decreased (P< 0. 05); 3. LDH1 in kidney was a compensative increase (P<0. 05) with the reductive LDH5; 4. all of LDH2,LDH3 and LDH6 in skeletal muscle was increased in different levels, which resulted in a significant increase of TLDH(P<0. 05) . We considered that the muscles of heart, skeleton and kidney which is a main organ of eliminating fluoride were effected by fluoride earlier and more sensitively from above. It was suggested that the isoenzymes of LDH in serum was more sensitive index for the diagnosis of the endemic fluorosis from burning coal than a single LDH.
