室旁核在刺激肾神经传入纤维对血浆皮质醇浓度影响中的作用
EFFECT OF STIMULATION OF RENAL AFFERENT NERVES ON PLASMA CORTISOL CONCENTRATIONS
【摘要】 本文在氯醛糖麻醉猫中探讨室旁核毁损前、后,电刺激肾神经传入纤维对血浆皮质醇浓度的影响。在动脉压力感受器完整猫中,刺激肾神经传入纤维对血浆皮质醇浓度无明显影响,但在动脉压力感受器去神经和迷走神经切断(SAD+VD)后,电刺激肾神经中枢端引起血浆皮质醇浓度升高。微量注射红藻氨酸毁损双侧室旁核后,可阻断刺激肾神经传入纤维引起的血浆皮质醇浓度升高,这些结果表明:动脉压力感受性反射可抑制刺激猫肾神经传入纤维引起的血浆皮质醇浓度升高;室旁核在刺激肾神经传入纤维引起的血浆皮质醇浓度升高效应中起重要作用。
【Abstract】 The effect of stimulation of the renal afferent nerve (RAN) on plasma cortisolconcentrations before and after lesions of paraventricular muceli of hypothalamus(PVN) in chloralose-anethetized cats was investigated. In animals with intact arterialbaroteceptor stimulation of RAN did not significantly change the plasma cortisol concen-tration. However, the same stimulation elicited a significant increase in plasma cortisolconcentration when the baroreceptor was denervated. Lesioning of bilateral PVN bykainic acid could abolish the cortisol response to stimulation of RAN. These data indi-cate that arterial baroreceptor reflex inhibited the cortisol response to stimulation ofRAN and that PVN may be involved in the cortisol response to stimulation of RAN.
