超高水头钢衬钢筋混凝土明管结构试验及非线性分析
Full-scale model test and nonlinear analysis of steel liner reinforced concrete penstock subjected to high internal pressure
【摘要】 本文结合云南省依萨河二级电站工作水头为994m的引水管道工程,进行了钢衬钢筋混凝土明管结构分析研究。研究内容包括:(1)比尺为1:1的原型材料结构模型破坏试验.(2)结构优化设计及非线性有限元全过程分析。试验与计算结果符合良好。文章还深入地讨论了这种复合式结构的强度和总体刚度;径向间隙值的影响与工程对策。研究结果表明,超高水头明管工程采用这种新型结构是可行的。
【Abstract】 The penstock of Yisahe II powcrplant, having a length of 2670m, will be subjected to an internal working pressure of 9.94MPa. The results of study on this penstock reported herein consists of two parts: 1) destructive testing of two full-scale steel liner-reinforced concrete penstock specimens, 2) optimum design and nonlinear finite element analysis of the penstock structure. Close correlations between the predicted behavior and test results were obtained. The structural strength and global stiffness of the composite penstock are discussed in detail. The effects of the clearance between steel liner and surrouding concrete are observed. The results show that steel liner-reinforced concrete penstock with connectors has many advantages, and has been adopted by project owners and contractors.
