SiO2填充型聚氨酯IPN绝缘冷浇注树脂的研究
A Study of Cold Cast Insulating PU IPN Resin Filled with SiO2
【摘要】 冷浇注型绝缘树脂是通讯电缆、输变电力电缆附件的重要组成材料之一。由三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、蓖麻油(CO)、活性烯类单体等构成树脂基材,填充SiO2等无机填料,固化后,形成绝缘聚合物互穿网络(TMP—PU IPN)。将这种材料按双组份配制可以长期贮存,混合后可在室温下浇注,并可在12~24小时内完全固化。固化后材料具有良好的电绝缘性能和物理机械性能,可作为冷浇注型电缆附件材料使用。
【Abstract】 Cold cast insulating resin is one of the important materials for sound and power cables, An insulating polymer IPN, TMP—PU IPN, could be prepared by curing the basic resin made from trihydroxymethyl propane (TMP), castor oil (CO) and actived olefinic monomers, filled with SiO2 or other inorganic fillers. The prepared material could be stored up for a long time in the form of two—part pcckage, and cast at room temperature by mixing the two parts, cured in 12—24 hours, The cured material has ideal electrical insulating and mechanical properties, and is suitable for the use of annex material of cold cast cables.
