用玻纤增强尼龙6制作电动工具外壳的研究
A Study of the Application of Glass Reinforced Nylon 6 to Electric Tool Case
【摘要】 本文介绍了用玻纤增强尼龙6制作电动工具外壳的研究,主要对注塑成型工艺、制品的吸湿处理、解决制品翘曲变形的方法以及老化情况作了研究。结果表明.玻纤增强尼龙6较好的注塑工艺条件为:原料干燥条件:80℃,8h、料筒温度240~250℃、模温100~120℃、尽可能采用低压快速注塑;采用在60℃热水中浸泡4~6h或在室温水中浸泡一昼夜的方法对制件进行吸湿处理,可使制件尽快达到吸湿平衡,保持性能稳定;严格控制并稳定成型工艺、注塑时保证均匀充模是解决制件翘曲变形的主要方法;由老化试验表明,玻纤增强尼龙6的耐热性及耐大气老化性均较好,可满足电动工具的应用要求。
【Abstract】 A study of the application of glass fiber reinforced nylon 6(GFRPA6)to electric tool case is given in this paper,including the injection molding technology, moisure absorption treatment, method for the solution of product warpage and ageing resistance. The results showed a reasonable technical condition for the injection molding of GFRPA6 was as follows: material drying 80℃, 8h; barrel temperature 240~250℃; die temperature 100~120℃; and a low pressure fast injection molding should be used. It was better for the product to get moisture absorption balance and keep property stable by impregnating in hot water (60℃) for 4~6h,or in room temperature water fo 24h. A main solution for warpage was to strictly control and keep the technology unchanged,and be sure of a homogeneous fill. The ageing test showed GFRPA6 had good heat resistance and ageing resistance ,and it could meet the requirement of electric tool case.
