大型铜铸件表面质量的研究
The Study on the Surface Quality of Large Copper Casting
【摘要】 对铜合金与铸型、涂料的相互作用进行了实验研究,结果表明,水玻璃砂与铜合金基本上不形成化学粘砂,但在大型铸件中可形成机械粘砂;铸型表面的水玻璃团块可使铸件表面形成夹杂缺陷,用铝钒土醇基快干涂料,可满足大型铜合金铸件对表面质量的要求。
【Abstract】 The introaction between copper alloy and mould, coating was studied. The results show that sodiom silicate sand and copper alloy basically no form into chemical burnon, but in large casting possible shape up metal penetration. Sodium silicate churk of casting mould surface posible sending casting surface form inclusion. Alcoholbase bauxite coating to meet the needs of heavy copper casting surface quality.
