降梯、升梯加热工艺对奥氏体自发再结晶消除组织遗传的影响
The Effect of Reducing Step or Raising Step Heat Process on Austenite Spontaneity Recrystallization and Eliminating Structural Inheritance Behaviour
【摘要】 研究了降梯、升梯加热工艺对26Cr2Ni4MoV钢奥氏体自发再结晶消除组织遗传的影响。结果表明,奥氏体自发再结晶是消除组织遗传的有效方法之一;采用降梯、升梯加热均可使奥氏体晶粒由1级细化到7~8级。
【Abstract】 The effect of reducing step or raising step heat process on 26Cr2Ni4MoV steel austenite spontaneity recrystallization and eliminating its structural inheritance behaviour is studied. The result show that austenite spontaneity recrystallization is one of the effective method of eliminating the structural inheritance, the austenite grain size can he changed from grad 1 into grad 7~8 by this process.
