【Abstract】 The floating casting process, such as the making of floatation agent, addition quantity, way of addition, addtition temperature, molten time were preliminarily studied. To ZL105 alloy, floating casting process is simple and easy. There is obvious effect to reducing volume contraction, refining grainstructure, reducing sensitivity of casting wall thickness to grain structure and raising pinhole grade with this process.更多还原
