【摘要】 本研究将“QBC”技术应用于间日疟病原学检查,获得满意结果。QBC管经离心后,寄生原虫的红细胞被浓集于浮柱下缘周围的棕黄色层中,荧光镜下观察,此层又可分为红细胞层、粒细胞层、单核-淋巴细胞层及血小板层。间日疟原虫环状体主要分布在红细胞层,但偏近与粒细胞层的界面处;部分虫体在血小板层,但偏近与单核-淋巴细胞层的界面处。裂殖体和配子体主要分布在单核-淋巴细胞层及与血小板层相靠近的界面处。

【Abstract】 The Quantitative Buffy Coat (QBC) technique was applied to the detection of the erythrocytic stages of Plasmodium vivax and satisfactory results were obtained. After QBC tube centrifugation, erythrocytes parasitized by the protozoa were concentrated to the lower portion of the bully coat surrounding the plastic float. Under fluorescent microscopy, the buffy coat would be distinguished into sub-layers of erythroeytes, granulocytes, monocyte- lymphocytes and platelets. The ring form were mainly gathered in the interphases between the layers of erythrocytes and granulocytes, and between the layers of mono-lymphocytes and platelets, while the schizonts and gametocytes mainly in the interphase between the layers of mono-lymphocytes and platelets.
