玉米秸秆剪切特性的试验分析

【摘要】 用玉米秸作试验材料,模拟新型切式粉碎机的工作原理,就动刀厚度、动刀速度、底刃角度、试样状态及剪切抗力等主要参量安排了正交试验。讨论了试验的方法和步骤,得出了在轴向加工玉米秸等粗茎杆时,动刀厚度取4mm以上,速度取2.58m/s以上,底刃角度取0°及试样处理为一边带节状态,可以使剪切抗力最小。

【Abstract】 Use the maize stalk in test matevial and simulated the working principle of the kneading grinder , the author arranged a guadrature test for thickness and speed of moving-knife, angle of basic-kife, condition of the test material and the shear strength of maiz estalk etc. This paper discassed the test method and work step, and pointed out that when processed the maize stalk in axial, thickness of mov -ing knife will be more than 4 mm, speed will be 2. 58 m/s and over, angle of basic knife will be oand the pre-condition of the test material is only one knot. For this,it has the lowest consumed pow-ev.
