【摘要】 叶螨Spider mites是各种农作物上的害螨,有关叶螨染色体的研究在我区尚未见报道,为了探索出叶螨染色体的制备技术,为准确分类和防治上的运用打基础,作者于1990—1992年对叶螨染色体作了研究,得到了朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus)、土耳其斯坦叶螨(T.turkestani)和截形叶螨(T.truncatus)的核型图,并将三种叶螨的核型在数目和大小诸方面进行了对比研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spider mites is an imporant pest of various crops. At present time, the scientific report about this title has not found In Xinjiang. In order to explore the prepagation technique, 1991-1992, We exploited and explored the studies on the domain of Cytology of spider mites. Through this study, we have gained and drowed up three Karyograms of tefranychus cinhabarinus, T. turkestani and T. Truncatus, and made a Comparson among three species.
