乙酰胆碱转移酶单克隆抗体在大鼠脊髓前角和延髓脑神经运动核的定位及其图象分析

【摘要】 用免疫细胞化学ABC法研究乙酰胆碱转移酶(ChAT)单克隆抗体在脊髓前角和延髓脑神经运动核的定位。结果发现脊髓各个节段的前角运动神经元、胸髓侧角、骶副交感核部位和延髓脑神经运动核(舌下神经核、迷走神经背核和疑核)均有ChAT标记的细胞。形态多样,有多极形、三角形、椭圆形和梭形不等。利用VIDS-Ⅲ型图象分析仪对ChAT标记神经元胞体进行了圆直径、周长和面积测量分析。结果还提示ChAT阳性神经元的分布与背髓前角运动神经元、胸髓侧角、骶副交感核,脑神经运动核的部位一致,ChAT是上述神经元的重要递质之一,可能与躯体运动、内脏活动的调节有关。

【Abstract】 The ABO immunocytochemical method was utilized to investigate the localization of monoclonal antibody angist choline acetyltransferase(ChAT) in the ventral horns of the spinal cord and the medullary motor nucleus of cranial nerves. Results showed that all segments of the spinal cord, motoneurous, thoracic cord lateral horn, sacral parasympathetic nucleus and meduallary motor nucleus of cranial nerves (hypoglossal nucleus, dorsal nucleus of vagus nerve and nucleus ambiguous) were labled by the monoclonal antibody angist OhAT respectively. The neurons were variable in shape, multipolar, ovoid, spinde shape triangular etc. Sphere diameters, perimeters and areas of the neurons were measured with VIDS-Ⅲ image analyser. This slide suggests OhAT immunoreactivity occurs in motor neurons of the spinal cord and medulla oblongata. OhAT may be an important neurotransmitter, which is relevant to the regulation of motor and visceral activities of the body.
