棕曲霉对雄甾1,4-二烯3,17-双酮的11α羟化的研究

【摘要】 报道筛选、寻找具有11α羟化能力的菌种。考察了棕曲霉409菌株对雄甾-1,4二烯-3,17-双酮为底物时的转化条件,如培养基、pH值、补料方式等因素。当底物浓度为0.2%,转化时间72h时,其转化率为76%。

【Abstract】 This study was proposed to screen on strain of aspergillus. ochraceus "409" which was capable of converting androsta 1, 4-diene 8, 17-dione (ADD) in to llo-hydroxy]aticm-ADD. The conditions of fermention affecting the biotrasformation of ADD, euch as the compositon of medium, pH, the method of ADD supplement, etc, were discussed. Experiments indicated that the conversion reached about 76% when the concentration of steroid substrate was 0.2% and the conversion tim?was 72 hours.
